We have an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to lead the talent acquisition for a fast growing & early stage organization

Purpose of the role :

- The role involves not only managing the entire hiring process but also taking ownership of it. The main focus will be on sourcing and attracting talent across layers & levels.

- The person in this role will be responsible for identifying hiring needs, developing effective strategies, and leading employee branding activities. Your main focus will be on sourcing and attracting top talent to fuel the growth of our organization.

- Your expertise in talent acquisition will be put to good use as you proactively seek out qualified candidates who align with our company's vision and values. You will leverage various recruitment channels and tools to attract exceptional individuals who can contribute to our success.

- Work closely with top management / founders for planning & deploying strategies for Talent acquisition

Candidate profile:

- Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies for most suited talent.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.

- Talent acquisition experience of 10 years across functions

- Graduate / Post Graduate with a specialization in HR would be preferred
