Purpose of Position:
- To hire the right talent for GVR India across different regional and global functions
- To build GVR as a strong employer brand for the target talent source
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strong Business Partnership with line managers to understand their talent needs
2. Identify the right source of talent and innovative sourcing strategies for different talent needs emerging in the organization
3. Ensure adherence to key hiring metrics, including Time to fill, sourcing mix, diversity
4. Drive process adherence to GVR processes and drive system enablement of talent acquisition across the organization
5. Lead process improvements through Fortive Business Systems(FBS)
6. Lead campus programs for GVR directly and partner with Fortive India where required
7. Lead initiatives that build a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP) for GVR with the target talent pool. Drive internal branding of value proposition, translating to higher employee advocacy through referrals
8. Lead a team of TA professionals, managing work and being passionately involved in their development

- Direct: Line managers and unit heads to partner and understand requirements. Regional and Global TA partners/ leads for reporting and support Indirect:
- Vendors and partners to assist in sourcing
