Vacancy for Lead- Talent Acquisition for a Leading US firm with Global Hiring experience from Research Background
Salary range - 9 - 10 LPA
- The person shall be responsible for providing Sourcing support by identifying prospective candidates and build a robust talent pipeline for both current and future positions.
Additional responsibilities include :
- Utilize all sourcing channels such as job boards, niche sites, professional and social networking sites/groups, and possible search engines to locate both active and passive candidates, conduct resume mining and research for internal positions,build candidate lists into Candidate Resource Management system.
- Utilize Boolean search methodology, and other data mining techniques to identify both resumes and candidate profiles.
- Research/Reporting - Prepare sourcing/competitive information
- Maintain the candidates records in internal Candidate Resource Management system. Parse the resumes and ensure data integrity.
- Partner with Recruiters to understand position requirements and successfully identify and build talent pipelines for current/future openings.
- Establish effective working relationships with internal HR and at all levels across the company.
- Working on other recruiting support projects as and when required.
- Participate in process improvement by identifying and making recommendations for enhancement.
