- Manage and be responsible for the delivery timelines of the RPO TA team.
- Managing a team of Senior recruiters and recruiting assistants
- Manage RPO, overseeing day to day operations and driving results
- Tasked with reviewing and enhancing existing talent acquisition process
- Reviewing gaps with Senior Leadership and recommending/implementing process/procedures to fill gaps
- Monitor and audit the effective utilization of client programs and available resources.
- Streamlining recruiting team processes
- Develop, implement, and execute a recruiting strategy to fill current openings.
- First point of escalation as issues arise for Hiring Manager and HR Business Partners
- Develop sourcing strategies with Hiring Managers to find talent in a timely and cost- effective manner.
