Job Description: Our client a leading Insurance Player is looking to hire a Lead Talent Acquisition.

Client Details: They are a leading Insurance Player with more than 10,000 employees.

Description:

- Understanding of Human Resource Management, Business Partnering & People, Talent Acquisition, Management with right mix of strategic & operational outlook.

- Possess strong interpersonal, communication & analytical skills with the ability to take charge and lead under varied business conditions

- Designing and executing recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.

- Proactively identifying and addressing hiring needs.

- Evaluating and refining sourcing and selection procedures.

- Manage a team of recruiters and provide assistance as needed

- Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidate

- Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs

- Participate in our company's strategic planning regarding employee development and engagement

- Has experience of handling larger teams.

- Multiple Stakeholder management
Profile:

- Years of experience -10 & above years in Bulk Hiring

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Preference - Candidate with Bulk Hiring experience from Insurance Sector (GI or LI background)

Team - 5 + Off Roll Resources

Reporting - Head of Talent Acquisition
