Role :-
- Responsible for end to end hiring, screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating, and follow through until the candidate joins
- Stakeholder Management & Vendor Management.
- Understand the Industry and environment the business operates in
- Understand the Talent Pool available and identify the key motivators for them to join an organization
- Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources.
Requirements:-
- Should have extensive experience of agency recruitment in the retail world.
- Should e adept at Lateral Hiring + Volume hiring.
- Excellent communication.
- Should have good experience in Mid level to Sr. level hiring.
