What you do :

- You're responsible for leading the Non-tech(BD, Finance, Customer Service etc) hiring team which constitutes one of the key teams in SutraHR.

- You work with internal teams and operations manager to assist with recruitment efforts.

- You manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.

- You're responsible for revenue generation by efficiently servicing the acquired clients.

- You're directly responsible for client servicing by providing right fitment to the clients within the defined timeline.

- You're accountable for the performance of your team and work continuously to build a high performing team.

- You ensure a high level of service delivery by implementing quality processes that provide the - wow- experience to clients.

- You're hands on in understanding the strengths and weaknesses of your team and use this understanding to constantly improve their hiring skills.

- You are the custodian for the quality of all communication between the recruiters and candidates.

- You tap client feedback regularly from the operations manager and cascade it to your team from time to time in order to improvise on the hiring techniques.

- You develop reports and trackers for the efficient functioning of your team.

- You ensure that your team meets the internal and external SLAs and established standards.

- You're a mentor and coach to your team and ensure a healthy, open and high performing work environment with minimal attrition.

- You provide a timely feedback to your team to maintain the quality of performance.

- You're responsible for the hiring decisions for your team.

- You ensure your recruiters' skills are optimally utilized.

- You're updated in the start-up industry, digital world and the hiring industry.

What you are :

- You have at least 2-6 years of experience in a recruitment services background with a minimum of 3-4 years in hiring operations.

- You are well versed with functional requirements of Business Development, Finance, HR, and Retail.

- You have a prior team management experience of minimum 2 years.

- You have an in-depth understanding of the industry verticals like e-commerce, digital media, mobile VAS, technology, and dotcom.

- You have prior experience on nontech hiring including mid management and senior level hiring.

- You are experienced in bulk hiring.

- You should be able to map the compensations, profiles, hiring sources within the industry verticals.

- You're able to develop strategies and techniques on hiring and sourcing as per the client requirements.

- You have excellent skills in excel and developing reports and trackers.

- You're at ease in working in a fast paced, SLA driven environment with tight deadlines.

- You're open, agile, and flexible at the same time process driven and quality driven.

- You are as much of a doer as you are a leader.

- You're available as per the business requirements and go beyond the call of duty to meet your team targets.

- You love to own your work and see it as an extension of you.

- You're a people's person and inspire confidence.

- You focus on the solutions and not on the problems.

- You are strong on the relationship building and networking skills.

- You love the internet world - research and social networking is your middle name.
