Lead - Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (6-12 yrs)

Role will lead recruitment for an International Financial services company. Will lead & manage the internal recruitment PAN India.

Looking for one :

1. Having excellent recruitment/talent acquisition exp.

2. Must have handled Senior/leadership level recruitment

3. Must have exp. of coordinating with CXOs/leaders

4. Must have excellent Business acumen

5. Must be willing & capable to work with diverse people across levels

6. Prefer someone coming from Financial services or Start-ups background or an Executive search firm
