- Attend recruiting events to build company presence and develop talent pipelines
- Representing the brand and job opportunities in the job marketplace
- Nurture the Talent team and contribute towards the job & career growth of the talent team
- Analyze performance of HR and Talent Acquisition executives and mentor them
- Build alliances with recruiting firms and negotiating terms of service and financials
- Organize inductions and execution of other on boarding procedures.
- Coordinate with strategic/business analytic s team on compensations to be offered.
- Deep understanding of a diverse plethora of job roles
