Talent Acquisition Projects & Analytics Lead
Description : Key to this role's success is the ability to garner and deliver insights as compelling stories to business leaders. Focus of this role will be to enable and equip the team for world class talent acquisition delivery.
Key Deliverables:
- Identify opportunities for digitization & automation of the entire recruitment process- Requisition to On- boarding
- Partner with recruitment stakeholders & the HR Technology team to identify and incorporate process improvements, new functionality, technology capabilities across platforms
- Be up to date on industry best practices and new trends in HR technology & suggest use case post evaluating contextual feasibility
- Support the development of a TA analytics vision, strategy, operating model, and roadmap.
- Assist with the end-to-end analytics process, including cleansing and wrangling structured and unstructured data, designing, and building people analytics dashboards, data visualizations and predictive models that highlight key insights to help clients make informed business decisions related to human capital issues.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand business needs and advise on data and analytics opportunities.
- Design frameworks to connect business and people data together to identify and solve complex business problems and deliver an impact on people's experience, performance, and culture.
- Enable the success of initiatives by generating and presenting actionable insights, and identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Drive the enhancement and evolution of our data warehouse and product infrastructure.
- Provide requestors with strategic and tactical reports that will allow them to make informed business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to evolve analytics capabilities/products and creates a culture of continuous improvement to refine and enhance existing capabilities.
