- Devise Strategies across all levels of hiring.
- Strategize and implement the best hiring policies.
- Monitor and improve SLA and benchmark driven efficiency metrics.
- Recruitment efforts planning - Capacity and timeliness reviews.
- Manage channels, vendors, references, and all policies and commercials relating to them.
- Stakeholder engagement - understand the organization's future and work with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics.
- Build a culture of appreciation and recognition.
- Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Work closely with the HR Business Partners.
- Good Process/Program management skills.
Must Have:
- 15+ years of experience with any master's degree from a reputed university.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills Required
- Professionals with experience in creating recruitment plans and executing (end-to-end) preferred
