Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Talent Acquisition Operations team aligned with the overall HR and business objectives.

Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure TA operations are in sync with organizational growth and talent needs.

Process Optimization:

Assess and refine end-to-end talent acquisition processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.

Identify opportunities for automation and lead the implementation of technology solutions to streamline operations.

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing TA Operations team.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with external vendors, including applicant tracking system providers and other relevant partners.

Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Metrics and Analytics:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and efficiency of talent acquisition operations.

Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with talent acquisition processes and operations.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand talent needs and align operations accordingly.

Foster strong cross-functional relationships to support a seamless recruitment process.

Experience & Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

- Specialized certifications in digital consulting, project management, or relevant technologies would be advantageous.

- Demonstrated educational background in areas such as customer experience design, digital marketing, or business strategy is a plus.

- Continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest advancements in digital technologies and consulting practices are highly valued.

- Strong academic achievements and a commitment to ongoing professional development are desirable traits for this role.

- Comfortable working in shifts.

- Prior experience in IT Industry in handling operations is a MUST.
