Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Summary:

The client specializing in providing digital lending solutions, is seeking a skilled Recruiter for Talent Acquisition Lead. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth and expansion plans. This is a critical role that directly contributes to building a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's hiring goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, job requirements, and expectations for open positions.

- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing to attract qualified candidates.

- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.

- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates.

- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive hiring landscape.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in the financial services industry or NBFCs.

- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions, and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting hiring targets.

- Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.

- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

- Familiarity with digital lending or fintech industry would be an added advantage.
