Our client, a leading NBFC Company is looking to hire a Lead Talent Acquisition for their branch office based in Ahmedabad.

As the Lead Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by attracting and acquiring top talent. Your mission is to create a dynamic and diverse workforce that drives our company's growth and success. In this role, you will work closely with senior management and be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of talented recruiters to ensure they are aligned with the company's goals and provide guidance on best practices in the field.

- Sourcing and Candidate Pipeline: Proactively source, attract, and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline for critical positions.

- Recruitment Process Improvement: Continuously improve the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in every step.

- Employer Branding: Enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice by promoting a positive candidate experience and leveraging various employer branding strategies.

- Diversity and Inclusion: Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote an inclusive work environment and hire a diverse workforce.

- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and manage their expectations throughout the recruitment process.

- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring cost-effective and efficient services.

- Metrics and Analytics: Develop and maintain recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.

- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and ethical standards and remain compliant with relevant regulations.

Candidate's Profile:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition with 10-15 years and at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of Finance Hiring & Lending background, understands credit & risk undertaking, recruiting best practices, HR legislation, and employment trends.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report on recruitment metrics.

- Industry preference: Lending Org, BFSI, NBFC.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR software.
