Lead - Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a Lead/Manager Talent Acquisition who will work as a key contributor, will collaborate with business stakeholders and HRBP teams to develop and deliver effective talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives, drive superior business results, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the business.
- The role will also be custodian of all TA processes for the region within the organization.
- Partner with BU leaders, hiring managers to conduct workforce planning and align recruiting plan.
- Develop simple and efficient system to support recruiting programs tailored to organization need.
- Responsible for work as an individual contributor, stakeholder management.
- Manage time bound acquisition of talent (both external and internal) to ensure availability of adequate resources for the business.
- Ensure leveraging of tool and its reporting capabilities to drive hiring process compliance
- Leverage multiple sources of talent to develop external slate of talents for critical roles.
