Roles & Responsibility:

- Partner with business leaders on market insights, competitive intelligence and talent trends to help craft the overarching talent acquisition strategy.

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across multiple channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and other sources.

- Ensure end-to-end robust talent acquisition life cycle i.e. understanding talent needs and requirements, behavioral assessments (for leadership roles), sourcing, offer, BGV and pre-onboarding, are completed within target time to fill across all levels.

- Partner and consult with business leaders to set and drive diversity hiring (gender and differently abled) agenda and campus recruitment strategy and goals.

- Building strong campus relationships with graduate/post graduate schools through placement offices, faculty, and administration and student bodies to promote the company's brand and find diverse ways to attract candidates.

- Internship program management across all locations & conversion, if suitable, to build a robust full-time pipeline

- Lead Employer Branding initiatives like Leadership Connect Sessions, Pre-Placement talks, Industrial Visits, TPO Meets, Case Study evaluations, Innovation challenges, Certification programs across chosen campuses, etc. including enhancing social media presence & usage to elevate employer brand awareness.

- Build and sustain positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, universities, student organizations, professional associations, and diversity groups.

- Design, develop & maintain recruitment dashboard to measure key metrics like TTF, Quality of hire, etc. and measures to minimize dropouts.

- Coach and advise hiring managers on writing job descriptions, benchmarking, and candidate selection. Additionally, lead efforts to develop the capabilities of recruiters and hiring managers to recruit, interview and select top talent.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and apply that knowledge to improve our recruiting processes and strategies.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and develop mechanisms to assess candidate experience.

- Talent Acquisition - Analytics, Technology tools & SOPs; Channel performance & management

- Responsible for selection, mentoring, coaching, performance management and assessment, and rewards and recognition for the talent acquisition team

Requirements:

- 10-12+ years in talent acquisition

- Should have exposure into Sr. Leadership (CXO) level hiring

- Exposure to manufacturing industry important

- Should have managed TA for a multiple location-based organization

- Exposure in campus hiring & outreach initiatives

- Non-IT Talent Acquisition

- Please note we need a local candidate from Mumbai having experience in manufacturing OR automotive industries
