Summary :
As the Lead - Talent Acquisition at the group level, you will play a pivotal role in driving the talent acquisition strategy across our organization. You will lead a team of talent acquisition professionals and work closely with senior leadership to identify, attract, and retain top-tier executives for our clients. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the executive search landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Strategic Planning:
(i) Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
(ii) Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
(iii) Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
II . Team Leadership:
(i) Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talent acquisition professionals.
(ii) Set clear goals and performance metrics for the team, and provide ongoing feedback and support.
(iii) Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the talent acquisition team.
III. Executive Search:
(i) Oversee the end-to-end executive search process, from client consultation to candidate placement.
(ii) Partner with clients to understand their leadership requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
(iii) Build and maintain a network of executive-level candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship building.
III. Stakeholder Management:
(i) Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, senior leadership, and external partners.
(ii) Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on talent acquisition strategies and market trends.
(iii) Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment initiatives.
