Devising Strategy and Executing:
- Hiring and recruitment process as per the business need and priorities
- Employer branding campaigns, Internal Referral Programs, and Employee Engagement Metrics and Retention programs.
- Be a consultant by understanding external market, competitive landscape and aligning to business needs.
- Generate pipeline to maintain a successful offer acceptance rate, you manage the entire candidate process.
- Identify future talent needs and proactively headhunt passive talent (use sniper approach); develop talent pool or social engagements.
- Strategically maintain the Recruitment Dashboard with TA Analytics like, TAT, Cost per hire, source of hire, offer decline ratio, retention %, challenges around TA, candidate experience feedback analysis etc. and share the same with the management.
- Manage the staffing process including searches for candidates using conventional as well as non-conventional and creative sourcing methods, including the use of: online searches, social media and other mediums to attract the passive candidate.
