Lead - Talent Acquisition - IT

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Lead. The role will involve :

This role will report to Head of HR

- End to end Recruitment for all job levels (excluding leadership hiring)

- Building Collaborative Partnership with Stakeholders

- Client management, Stakeholder management, SLA management

- Sourcing Plan

- External Employer Branding

- Research, Analytics & Benchmarking

- test Assessments and models

- On boarding process

- Vendor Management

- MIS & Reporting

- Process Compliance

Location : Bangalore, India

- Engineering Graduate (preferably) + MBA from Tier 1 & 2 institute, with at least 8-10 years of Experience in Talent Acquisition

- Desire to Learn and adopt to the changing dynamics

- Good Analytical Ability and High Impact Communication

- Good Customer Orientation / Client Handling skills

- Industry knowledge and knowledge of recruitment solutions

- Process management and Negotiation skills
