- Leading hiring efforts for Mindworks

- Responsible for full employee life cycle

- Developing sourcing strategies, using : Social Media channels, job boards, references and campus hiring

- Managing the hiring team

- Ensuring all stakeholders are constantly updated & are on the same page

- Ensuring deadlines are met

- Responsible for processing applications & executing searches, in order to ensure speed & accuracy

- Extending offers & negotiating compensation

- Reference checks

- On-boarding

- Grievance handling

- Exit formalities

Desired Skills and Experience :

- 3 - 5 yrs of experience in talent acquisition

- Deep business understanding

- Advanced problem solving skills

- Extremely good communication skills: written & verbal, are a must

- Team handling experience is a plus

- Effective negotiation skills

- Consultancy plus corporate experience will be preferred
