We- re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- Experience recruiting for global companies and putting together comprehensive recruiting strategies to address diverse talent needs.
- Experience in Finance/Finance Operations & Analytics recruiting, demonstrates ability to create sourcing and recruiting strategies that bring in multiple hires quickly. Experience in Actuarial recruiting or recruiting for the Insurance industry a plus.
- Preferred experience in financial services.
- 6 to 11 years of direct, relevant and recent recruiting experience in either a search firm, agency or corporation. Experience in both a corporate environment and a search firm preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit diverse individuals and ability to negotiate and consult on total compensation packages (base, bonus).
- Ability to work independently with a strong bias for action; able to deliver results and manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to translate a business strategy into an actionable recruiting strategy.
- A global talent perspective and experience working in a highly matrixed environment.
- Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), influencing and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to effectively work with and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization from front-line managers to senior business leaders.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail.
- Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills and a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments and processes.
- Strong business acumen with a thirst for business knowledge.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and make decisions in a business context.
- Ability to develop a - big picture- perspective and be a strategic thinker.
- Proficiency with various candidate management and applicant tracking systems.
- Willingness to travel, as needed.
