1. Responsible for Lateral recruitment target achievement of offers and joiners

2. Drive talent acquisition efforts for the Business by prioritizing immediate and critical needs and working with key stakeholders.

3. Execute the recruitment plan with appropriate focus on maintaining an optimum sourcing mix for the joiners / offers through BYB, Social Media Hiring, Direct applicants etc.

4. Delivering a professional and consultative talent acquisition service to hiring managers and thus assisting to select appropriate applications for all business units; promoting diversity and equal opportunity at all times

5. Build & influence the brand building initiatives among the local candidates in the region.

6. Play an active role in Social Media to influence and attract the right Talents for Company

7. Leading and managing on-boarding and joining formalities for all new joining in Company

8. Effectively reporting all recruitment activities

9. Suggest process improvement plans

10 .Customer Focus : Partnering with business leaders and work towards closing requirements on time with the right fit.

11. Responsible for Staffing and associated systems, Hiring Policies & processes, Market Intelligence on Hiring.
