Human Context is a young HR Services startup. We solve people challenges for boards, leaders, hr teams, startups and enterprises. Our specific focus areas include Talent Supply Chain, Talent Management & OD & Counselling.

We are looking for multiple positions for our recruitment services vertical. The position is based in Haraluru Road, Bangalore and reports to the Recruitment Vertical Head. The location is Harlur Road, Off Sarjapur Road. We have multiple existing clients and a healthy position pipeline.

Job Role:

- Handling the entire recruitment cycle for Junior, Middle, and Senior level positions Across Industries.

- Understanding the requirements with regards to skills, position, experience, location, roles & responsibilities.

- Interacting with the business to understand the requirement more specifically.

- Sourcing, Screening, Short listing & arranging interviews via various Job portal, referrals, Database searches & Job Postings.

- Sourcing profile as per requirement and conduct the preliminary rounds for the shortlisted candidates.

- Co-ordinating the interview as per the candidates and business availability.

- follow up with the candidates' post interviews and updating the business about his / her status.

- Networking and gathering references from the candidates who have been shortlisted during the Interview sessions.

- Follow-up till the closure.

- Building the internal team as we grow.

Experience

2 to 5 years of Hands on recruiting experience in a recruitment agency / consulting firm. Past experience of closing at least 3-7 positions per month. Multiple domain/sector experience is preferred.

Educational qualification

- BE ( for technical recruiters )

- Graduation in any subject & / MBA for Recruiters from other domains.
