Lead - Talent Acquisition &amp; HR Operations - Mumbai (females Preferred) Reporting to the Head of HR, the responsibilities will include : - Leading Talent Acquisition (predominant role) + Total HR Operations management Key Focus Areas for the TA role : - Taking care of complete gamut of activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition across the business lines B2G, B2B and B2C - Understanding and guiding the business about the talent pool, creating JDs, market intelligence, Competition Mapping, streamlining recruitment process, negotiation, onboarding, EVP and employer branding. - Should have hiring experience for Niche roles as well as hire at scale and speed from multiple channels. Key Focus Areas for the HR Operations role : - Responsibilities include onboarding till exit - The incumbent will be responsible for providing leadership, project planning, and coordination, as well as overall management of the HR Operations that will include Compensation &amp; Benefits, implementing HRMS, overseeing outsourced Payroll services, HR budgeting and forecasting. Ideal Candidate : - Should be a MBA (HR) with12 to 15 years of experience in TA &amp; HR operations from Mobility / Automotive / Telecom &amp; FMCG sector.
