Lead - Talent Acquisition/HR Business Partner - Technology

Seeking someone who can build a team of sharp minds that value fundamentals, longevity, focus and passion towards the greater good. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open Technology roles helping hiring managers hire right talent.

1. Experience in talent acquisition with strong background in technology hiring for product or internet companies

2. Responsible to drive the complete talent agenda for the organization including building talent strategy, driving campus programs, building teas to drive hiring across levels.

3. Create policies to identify and attract the best in class talent and build a team for successful execution

4. Coordinating with stakeholders to identify staffing needs & aligning with organizational structure

5. Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements

Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

6. Partner w/ business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment

7. Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

8. Lead employer branding initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience in closing senior level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience with competing for top tech talent

2. Experience in solving complex problems and delivering significant impact along with strong stakeholder management skills

3. A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail

4. Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills

5. Strong decision-making & negotiation skills

6. Over 8 years of experience in technology hiring
