Lead - Talent Acquisition - Hospitality/Real Estate (6-15 yrs)
Reporting to : CHRO
Location: Dadar East
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. You will be responsible to build a world-class recruitment team and proactively manage the recruitment funnel to meet standards of quality, effectiveness and timeliness benchmarks.
- Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual hiring needs by department as per the HR Budget
- Build and mentor a team of recruiters
- Partnering with HOD's on organizational development, workforce planning and identifying future requirements;
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements, launching vacancy adverts internally and externally
- Proactively managing the recruitment process so that it meets the required standards of quality, efficiency, effectiveness and timeliness
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Close Senior managers to CXO level positions
Requirements:
- 6-15 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition
- Preferably worked with the Real Estate/Construction Industry
- Luxury Real Estate experience will be a big plus
