- The incumbent will lead end to end hiring, scaling up the organization in India.
- You will drive the hiring strategy for the organization to attract high caliber talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates.
- You would need to leverage recruiting expertise to inculcate strategy to attract and hire the top talent to support business and growth objectives.
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a well rounded TA professional hiring across functions incl. Technology, Finance, Sales etc.
- Prior experience with start-ups is mandatory
- Ability to lead Talent Acquisition for the organization
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
