Goodwritten and verbal communication skills, attention to detail. - Define, develop and drive strategy to meet recruitment demand which is aligned to organizational priorities, while ensuring systematic, ethical and consistent hiring policies and practices are followed - Manage delivery of recruitment operations including vendor management; market trend analysis; org resource planning/ analysis; metrics; candidate selection; competitor mapping etc. - Consult &amp; advise business for leadership/ Sr Managerial roles; partner with the business to set the expectations as per the pool available in the market versus the requirement &amp; proactively share reports on market insights - Ensure timely closure of Background verification - Drive Talent strategy including brand &amp; communication to build a strong employer brand and attract best in class talent - Talent systems: Ensure managing the candidate workflow process using Applicant Tracking System, and build or implement excellent recruiting practices in India esp. to create a strong talent pipeline to continuously improve the TAT &amp; further success rate of hired candidates - Utilize Job Boards, niche sites and best recruitment practices for efficient tracking of recruiting metrics - Vendor Evaluation to manage renewal and retention process drive performance management for recruitment partners to build system efficiency - Driving key initiatives like improving Talent Mix, Candidate Experience Scorecard etc. - Responsible for developing and executing Campus hiring strategy for both Undergraduate and Management campuses. - Help in tracking critical measures and metrics that tell a compelling data story and defines the roadmap for decision making and setting out recruitment strategy - Maintaining effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and lead all process engineering initiatives, aligned with the business - Data driven approach with strong analytics and the ability to create, measure and scale the right work workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team - Evaluate and manage TA tools for application management and key insight generation - Manage on-boarding documentation process - Lead employer branding initiatives across platforms: campus, lateral, digital and social media to enhance our employee value proposition
