- Subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition
- Strong negotiator to keep hiring budgets optimal
- Extremely good at stakeholder management
- Design strategies for Talent Acquisition frameworks, SLA's and agency usage.
- Best use of digital media to be aligned with hiring methodologies
