- Responsible for designing and driving the organization's talent needs from acquisition to retention.

- It will be his/her onus to establish clear dashboard with (TATs) Turn Around Time.

- He/She should help create strong Employee Value Proposition to attract - Best in Class- talent for the Group.

- Should also help position Employee Value Proposition of the Group as a competitive advantage.

- Recruitment Strategies and Manpower requirements planning

- Create required talent pipeline

- Look at enhancing candidate experiences

- Focus on enhancing quality of Talent acquired for the organization

- Subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition

- Strong negotiator to keep hiring budgets optimal

- Extremely good at stakeholder management

- Design strategies for Talent Acquisition frameworks, SLA's and agency usage.

- Best use of digital media to be aligned with hiring methodologies
