Job Description : - Lead all Junior, Mid and Senior level hiring will coordinate with recruitment consultants for Senior level/CXO hiring - Understand the role requirement after discussion with hiring manager and prepare the Job description - Source and screen candidates from Naukri/IIM Jobs and other portals, referrals, other social media platforms; maintain hiring tracker - Conduct the first round of telephonic/face to face interaction with candidates and schedule further discussions - Conduct pre-joining and post-joining formalities for the candidate - Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience - Design, plan and execute the essential employer branding activities to promote Capital Foods brands amongst potential applicants - The role-holder will also manage Talent Management for the org as it progresses
