- Manage the TA function in a fast-moving growth stage setup
- Prior experience of TA in a growth stage company is Mandatory
- Crafting talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Manage the end-2-end recruitment process including sourcing, initial assessments, interviews and offers
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. job sites, social platforms and professional networks, partner consulting services, etc.)
- Plan employee referral programs and encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
The Successful Applicant:
- 5+ years experience in talent acquisition
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Excellent communication skills
