Lead - Talent Acquisition - Financial Technology (4-10 yrs)
Candidate from Finance Technology background would be highly preferred.
TA lead to own the end-to-end execution of the recruitment strategy. You- d be expected to:
- Develop a talent acquisition framework and maintain a talent funnel in line with the company's strategic goals and quarterly and annual OKRs
- Assess internal talent, identify strengths and gaps and recommend actionable insights including career roadmaps
- Manage candidate relationships and end-to-end talent lifecycle from sourcing through multiple channels (agencies, referrals, campus hiring), pre-screening candidates, phone/video conference/face to face interviewing all the way to reference checks, salary recommendations, offer roll-out and on-boarding
- Coach and train hiring managers on talent management, recruiting and interviewing best practises
- Work closely with the communications team on employer branding activities.
- Continuously improve candidate, new hire and hiring manager experience with the recruitment process. Actively seek feedback from hiring managers and new hires
- Attend and support Board talent review meetings, run the quarterly performance planning and assessment cycle and make recommendations for improvement to People Ops programs
Desired experience :
- Four or more years of successful full-cycle talent acquisition experience for engineering, product, enterprise sales and leadership roles in a SaaS company
- Prior experience working in the People practice at an early stage start-up
- Good understanding and/or ability to quickly learn of the talent market and relevant sources.
- Advanced knowledge of social networks and digital recruiting best practices
- Good to have Bachelors or higher degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business or related field
