Description
Reporting into the TA Head, your specific responsibilities will include:
- The role will require you to focus on recruitment strategy for entry level hiring
- Developing new and innovative methods to attract the best talent
- Maintaining effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and lead all process engineering initiatives, aligned to the business
- Be a brand ambassador and define the Employer Branding Strategy for the organisation
Profile
- You should come with a minimum of 7-12 years of overall experience across HR with excellent project management, communication and presentation skills
- You should also have strong executive presence and have worked with multiple stakeholders
- Prior experience in Customer Servicing industry will be preferred
