- We are currently looking for Lead - Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding for one of the Consumer-Facing Organisations

- Design & execute the internal communication strategy for the organization, Lead Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition for corporate functions.

- Build, establish and leverage our employee value proposition to create flexible, targeted marketing messaging while still staying true to the organisation culture.

- Position company as a great place to work in order to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates. Improve the overall candidate experience.

- Must have 4 to 8 years of professional experience in HR in high quality work environments.

- MBA / PGDM Education Background from a Premier Tier 1/ 2 business School is Preferred. with relevant experience
