Job Responsibility :

- Responsible for Talent Acquisition, taking care of both Management and Non-Management hiring across Pan India locations.

- Partnering with senior leadership to develop and execute TA strategy including build-borrow-buy decisions for all talent categories in the organization, from frontline to leadership positions

- Building future leadership pipeline for the organization through Management Trainee programme designed to attract talent .

- Enhancing quality of incoming talent through deployment of fit-for-purpose scientific talent assessment tools and methodologies

- Responsible employer branding efforts on social media.

- Leading a team of highly-skilled recruiters to help deliver the TA agenda for the organization.
