Lead - Talent Acquisition - EdTech

- Our client is a leading Ed-Tech organization in India creating user friendly digital learning solutions for students and schools.

- The organization is looking to hire Lead Talent Acquisition who will report to the VP-HR and will be responsible for bulk hiring in Tech. & Non Tech. areas.

- Candidate should have prior experience in both Tech & Non Tech. hiring.

- He/She will be required to set up processes in the TA function and work with various stakeholders for TA requirements and closures.

- Candidate should have managed a team size of 20-25 people in the past.

- Prior experience in Volume hiring is preferred.

- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
