Lead - Talent Acquisition - Digital Media Firm (4-10 yrs)

Title: Talent Acquisition - Lead
Industry: Digital Media. The company has offices in India and USA.
Experience: 4 years +
Education: MBA/ PG HR is a must
Compensation: 20L plus (depends on the incumbent's current compensation and the internal parity within the organization at that level)
1. The role will report into the Head HR of the company.
2. Overlook Talent Acquisition End to End
1. Design and implement the hiring strategy.
2. Collaborate with the HR team and internal stakeholders of the company
3. Collaborate with Recruitment firms across, to ensure that the company reaches out to the right Talent. Constantly evaluate and guide the Recruitment firms to ensure that a mandate is on track and within the TAT.
4. Share knowledge and equip the hiring managers about industry best practices related to diversity hiring, inclusion, equal opportunity etc.
Qualification/ Experience :
1. 4 years plus of TA experience
2. Should have worked within the Media and Entertainment industry. Open to candidates from out of the industry who connect with the industry and they are aware of the nuances involved with them.
3. Needless to say, as this role involves managing a Recruitment budget and TAT, the incumbent should be excellent at managing numbers.
