Lead - Talent Acquisition - Consumer Packaging & Decorative Labelling Solutions

At present, we are having an urgent opening for TALENT ACQUISITION LEAD for a REPUTED MNC IN flexible packaging for MUMBAI CORPORATE OFFICE location.

- The company is a leading provider of primary consumer packaging & decorative labelling solutions in India, and part of a Finnish-based global food packaging major.

Designation : TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

Reporting To: HEAD TA & HRBP CORPORATE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Will be responsible for talent acquisition across PAN India and Global Markets with special focus on CAMPUS HIRING

- Will work for End to End Talent Acquisition projects in India and Abroad across functions like sales, marketing, support functions at various levels & grades.

- Should be Adept in Talent mapping, Niche hiring, retrieving market intelligence and mapping of industries best practices.

- Should have Hands on exposure in managing HR projects into candidate/ Hiring manager experience, performance management, exit analysis, objective setting, Induction/orientation for new recruits

- Will be Responsible for advising Leadership team on talent strategy, creating strategic talent pipelines for the critical business roles.

- Will Ensure that latest technology is used in Talent Acquisition process

- Will Also be responsible for employer branding for the company by collaborating with global teams.

- Should have Experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Campus Hiring, BGV, On Boarding, HR Analytics and Vendor Management

- Meet with business on weekly, fortnightly basis addressing their challenges and concerns

Will also act as a HRBP for CORPORATE FUNCTIONS
