- Drive end-to-end Recruitment process across all levels, as per Manpower plan and management approval - Develop the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role - Leverage various channel partners to directly and indirectly source qualified candidates - Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants - Work with hiring manager(s) and appropriate stakeholders to determine final decisions on candidate hiring - Understand compensation related matters pertaining to hiring of candidates (offer stage) and effective closure of the position - Drive effective implementation of all pre joining and post joining including pre-employment verification,Joining Formalities/onboarding,Induction etc. - HR MIS and data management : Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records related to the areas of functioning and present analytics as per business need - HR Operations : Gain working knowledge and execution of few modules in SAP (5%) - Support in HR Generalist activities/HR projects (25%)
