Talent Acquisition Lead
The incumbent will serve as the Talent Acquisition lead for our consulting client, supporting hiring for various non-tech specializations/practices.
Major responsibilities include:
- Pitch the brand story to potential candidates and build on new/existing relationships within the consulting community.
- Strengthen the recruitment process by introducing new techniques and widening the candidate pool, reduce the selection time, and find the best-fit candidate for the role.
- Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of the hiring process - including manpower, budgeting, headcount planning, finalizing TATs, requisition process, interview stages, compensation fitment, and closure of offers; Drive process efficiency with outcomes working closely with practice leaders.
- Evaluate social media and professional networking platforms that are aligned with the organization's talent requirements.
- Drive the campus connect initiative at a strategic level - choice of campuses, mode of engagement, percentage of hires from campus, etc.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to hire for their teams and ensure a smooth experience for both the organizational stakeholders and the candidates.
- Be the lead point of contact for recruitment for the leadership group; provide periodic updates and insights on the function's progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Building a reputation as a trusted advisor, achieving recruitment targets in the stipulated period, and guiding the stakeholders involved in the recruitment process on how to engage most constructively.
- Spearhead the internal employee referral program as a trusted source of scouting talent.
