We are looking for Lead Talent Acquisition for world's leadership advisory firm based at Gurgaon.
Job Location : Gurgaon
Education : Graduate & MBA - HR or similar ( Regular or Distance)
Exp : 5 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources overall with at least 4 years of experience in hiring ; Should have worked in the Research, Consulting or Professional Services sectors.
Nature of the Role : Individual Contributor
Reports to : Manager - Talent Acquisition
Working Timings : 10 am - 7 pm . 5 days working , Transport is provided / Transport allowance
Mandate : Superior verbal and written communication skills
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in working with ATS and ERPs such as Workday or Success factors.
- Excellent data analytical skills and good understanding of key Recruitment metrics.
- Proficient with making high quality PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Position Overview:
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to plan and fulfil recruiting requirements, leading the recruitment delivery for your service lines and ensuring the quality of talent remains consistently high. lead high-impact recruitment initiatives for the function
- Engage with candidates through the hiring process including delivering the employment offer. Ensure employment offers are aligned to the organizations policies
- Drive cost optimization by employing appropriate channel mix strategies
- Create a positive candidate experience and contribute to improving effectiveness of recruitment processes.
- Drive the adoption of Employee Referral Program and run internal campaigns from time to time to enhance referrals
