Hiring for Lead Talent Acquisition for Large Business Conglomerate based in Mumbai. Responsible to lead the talent acquisition function for Corporate and also leadership hiring across the organisation and help the organisation hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices, managing vendor management & stakeholder management. Should have well rounded experience in managing TA process end to end.

Experience : 10 Years - 13 Years.

Qualification : MBA (Full time).


Please find below the job description :

- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities

- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, Senior Level hiring

- Serve as the Talent Acquisition policy owner; oversee global Talent Acquisition policies and programs rationalization, escalations and exceptions

- Centrally establish, track and analyze talent acquisition reports and metrics to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the team, hiring managers/interviewers, referrers and all parts of hiring.

- Partner with the other global HR Functional and regional HR Leads to ensure coordination of strategies, plans, and tactics that impact Talent Acquisition.

- Vendor Assessment/Management for enterprise wide recruitment.

- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience

- Partnering with leaders within the organisation to track ongoing hiring needs of their business

- Responsible for Cross functional Audits pertaining to Recruitment and allied functions.

- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met

- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction

- Conduct confidential research and talent identification to identify best-in-class talent at lateral & leadership level for the organisation
