Responsibilities:

- Manages the entire talent acquisition process including understanding of the requirement, sourcing, screening, negotiation with the candidates, scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and ensuring timely data updating on the recruitment technology platforms, and drives timely closures.

- Process adherence towards various audit points in the TA process and conducting regular feedback sessions with new hires Proactive Building Talent Pipeline

- Supports Head PM in developing innovative sourcing strategies like market mapping of key target industries, helps in build-ing talent pipelines with short term and long term staffing projections"

- Recording and Analysis of TA data

- Maintaining accurate data around all stages of recruitment and publishing timely dashboards and metrics eg (TAT, Quality of Hire, Improvement in Screening Ratio, Cost of Hire).

- Managing Cost of Hire, through various sourcing strategies"

- Vendor Management - Manage various vendor relations. Evaluate their basis performance.

- Plan and initiate group employee induction programs for Pan India employees at corporate office
