One of our client is looking for a Lead - Talent Acquisition role

- Responsible to Drive and deliver Recruitment Strategy, building relationships with Hiring Managers and counsel on creative recruiting techniques

- Defining recruitment strategy and leading recruitment across all business with a team of TA specialists

- Driving projects for recruitment strategies, processes, recruitment effectiveness & system

- Process improvement, Metric capture & analysis along with designing an effective candidate experience process
