Urgent Opening - Lead Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Define KPIs and KRAs along with the manager, before hiring
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Define strategies to hire Senior level management
- Set Hiring timeline and ensure adherence
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events, when needed.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as talent acquisition manager
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting preferably Non It and lateral hirings and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
