Talent Acquisition Lead
We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager. This role is meant for someone who is an excellent multi-tasker and go-getter.
Looking for a high-energy individual who can juggle managing their own tasks and the entire team to help the organization hire entry-level and mid-level talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for entry, mid and senior level positions as per business needs within given timelines.
- Hunting for profiles through Naukri, Linkedin and other Social Media channels
- Driving recruitment through hiring partners
- Pitching the position to the prospective candidates
- Interviewing and screening the candidates
- Maintaining and presenting data, trackers and dashboards for all the assigned mandates
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA in HR -8 years of work experience in the Talent Acquisition Domain in the Financial Services sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, presentation and interpersonal skills-ability to convincingly pitch the position to candidates
- Experience in operating on any popular Applicant Tracking System such as Hirecraft, Successfactors, Taleo etc
- Advanced Excel knowledge (vlookup, pivot table, macros etc)
