Skills & Qualifications for this Role: a) 4 years of experience in HR or TA b) PGDM/MBA(tier 1 or 2) or B.Tech/B.E ( tier 1 or tier 2). c) Rigorous attention to detail d) Ability to stay calm and work under high-pressure situations e) Fast learner, tech savvy with Go-getter attitude f) Strong written and verbal communication skills g) Knowledge/Experience with Gmail, G-Suite and excel. Roles & Responsibilities: a) Apply a hacker mindset to a variety of sourcing and research channels to strengthen sourcing pipeline b) Work on source to hire insights/Mental Maps/algos! crafted internally c) Source candidates through a variety of channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, specialized sites etc.) d) Create standard and adhoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics that drive insights. e) Evaluate & implement recruitment tech solutions available in market like ATS, Offer Management systems etc f) Implement highly effective, results-driven talent research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to meet the current and future talent needs. g) Coordinate several areas of the recruiting process, including managing candidates, scheduling phone interviews, and onsite interviews. h) Establish strong working relationships with agencies, hiring managers, recruiting team and candidates i) Contribute to various recruiting projects f) Maintain the data integrity and confidentiality. g) Open to travel for hiring events.
