About the team and role - Lead Talent Acquisition
As Part of Human Resource team, you will be involved in conducting full life cycle recruitment in sourcing the best talent, especially non-tech roles as well as maintaining effective programs for retention, promotion, and succession planning.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive Talent Acquisition function with the overall goal to recruit and hire exceptional talent.
- Hire for niche finance related function and source from the following sectors but not limited to Fintech, Banking, NBFCs, Financial services, asset management, investment management etc.
- Partner with business leaders on their workforce plans and hiring strategies. Advise hiring managers and senior management on talent availability, salary ranges and market trends.
- Build, identify all forms of new age sourcing tools i.e., social media, & Job portals for hiring requirements, Finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents
- Develop external talent pipelines for critical positions and supporting in business continuity through faster turnarounds.
- Design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Define and drive team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
- Identify control and manage cost effective methodologies for sourcing
- Work with external stakeholders, vendors for execution of recruitment needs in special critical cases.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of proven work experience as an HR Talent acquisition professional or a similar role.
- Hiring for niche roles related in Finance, credit, risk and institutional business development domain
- Experience with various sourcing strategies like headhunting, job portals, social media, campus etc.
- The skill to shortlist candidates as per the desired requirements of the hiring manager
- Ability to work in a dynamic multicultural environment, engage with leaders and manage some extent of ambiguity
- Experience in a high growth organization or a start-up would be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, MBA in HR would be preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with employees and other stakeholders across the organization
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Good with numbers, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in working on HRMS, sourcing websites and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should be proactive, smart and accountable professional with extensive experience in Talent Acquisition.
