Role-

- Manage talent acquisition for the consumer banking business at a pan-India level.

- Able to interact, consult and advise Business Heads with respect to manpower planning.

- Should be able to develop the talent pool and also understand the industry trends.

- Help in benchmarking compensation across different functions within the industry.
