- They are looking to hire a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional who can hire the top talent to support business and growth objectives.

Description :

- The incumbent will be instrumental in end to end tech hiring, scaling up the organisation in India

- You will drive the hiring strategy for the organisation to attract high calibre talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates.

- You would need to leverage recruiting expertise to support organisation's business and growth objectives.

Profile :

- 6 to 8 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition across technology hiring primarily

- Prior experience in a B2B start up (preferable deep tech) ecosystem is a must

- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management

- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
